The hotel's rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that made for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the hot shower after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, making breakfast a pleasant experience despite the slightly higher prices.
The entrance rooms appeared old and could benefit from better maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids, enjoying the charming pool area after busy days exploring Merida. The front desk clerk was super helpful, answering our questions and giving us great tips on nearby attractions. It was also conveniently located near ADO.
My wife says that the room we booked was switched, which was frustrating for our big family.

It was just a fine choice for a temporary stay in Merida with excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked well and kept our room comfortable despite the heat outside. Keep in mind the street noise can get loud at night.

The room offered good value with its comfortable bed, effective air-conditioning, and nice shower. The hotel's ambiance contributes to a lovely stay, complemented by an impressive pool area. However, the front desk service was disappointing, with staff displaying impatience and a lack of professionalism though some staff were friendly. Additionally, communication challenges arose as the reception lacked tact when interacting with slower Spanish speakers.

The staff was super friendly, and the location was great—you can walk to many spots. The margarita habanero at the restaurant was bomb too! Clean rooms made the stay even better.
Nothing to mention.

Couples looking for comfort
The best part was the happy hour-it was like finding a treasure in a desert after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but acceptable for the amenities provided.
